CLASS LEVELS/TYPES EXPLAINED

  • Low - Level suited to those that have completed foundation and beginners course.

  • Medium - Level suited to those that have at least 6 to 12 months Pilates practice.

  • High - Level suited to those that have 18 to 24 months Pilates practice.

  • Beginners - 6 classes suitable only to those new to Pilates covering the 6 core principles.

  • Men Only - This is a strength and conditioning class specifically for men.

  • Meditation - Stretch & Body Awareness through mindful movement (coming soon)
