CLASS LEVELS/TYPES EXPLAINED
Low - Level suited to those that have completed foundation and beginners course.
Medium - Level suited to those that have at least 6 to 12 months Pilates practice.
High - Level suited to those that have 18 to 24 months Pilates practice.
Beginners - 6 classes suitable only to those new to Pilates covering the 6 core principles.
Men Only - This is a strength and conditioning class specifically for men.
Meditation - Stretch & Body Awareness through mindful movement (coming soon)
