TRY THIS NOW - Stand with your back against a wall.
Can you put your head back onto the wall easily?
Are you looking staright ahead without any adjustments? Great!
Are you looking towards the ceiling? Not so great!
Adjust your neck so your chin is parallel with the gound. Keep your shoulders steady.
Just this little exercise, done regularly, will help you become more aware of your posture.

"Shoulders back, Chest out, Ribs in" ( the latter is to do with the positioning of your thoracic vertebrae)
